# Content Requirements

## 4.1 Restricted content

The following are absent:

* **4.1.1** Realistic scenes depicting violence and/or abuse towards people, children or animals.
* **4.1.2** Images or references to politics, political situations, political figures, internal or international conflicts, wars.
* **4.1.3** Images or references to religion, religious figures, or religious attributes.
* **4.1.4** Predictions or forecasts regarding the player's life and health, including disease predictions, and predictions of the date, time, or circumstances of death.
* **4.1.5** Erotic or pornographic materials, depictions of objects imitating genitalia, and references to sexual acts.
* **4.1.6** Materials insulting individuals or groups based on gender, nationality, or religion; incitement of racial, religious or ethnic hatred or enmity; promotion of fascism or the ideology of racial superiority.
* **4.1.7** Obscene language, vulgar expressions, and phrases.
* **4.1.8** Descriptions of means and methods of suicide, as well as any incitement to commit it.
* **4.1.9** Information that misleads users or abuses their trust to lead them to illegal actions, promotes or endorses criminal activity, or gives advice or instructions for committing crimes.
* **4.1.10** Extremist materials, and anything else that violates the rights and interests of citizens and legal entities or the laws of other countries.

## 4.2 Rights and originality

* **4.2.1** All materials are copyrighted by the creator and are submitted for moderation by the creator or another person authorized to distribute them.
* **4.2.2** The game is not a complete or partial copy of another game in the catalog and does not duplicate another game by the same developer. If the published game is a continuation or another part of one of the games, it is accepted as a separate game only if the graphics and mechanics are completely redesigned. In other cases, the previous game should be updated with new content.
* **4.2.3** The game uses no one else's copyrighted material: names, brand logos, music, or characters from other games and movies (Brawl Stars, Sprunki, Squid Game, etc.) — neither in the title nor in the gameplay.
* **4.2.4** The game does not pretend to be an official product of an external application or brand.
* **4.2.5** The game does not use unrelated brands to attract an audience.

## 4.3 Generative AI

* **4.3.1** [Games can use AI-generated assets, but they shouldn't be built entirely from them. Platforms will reject low-quality titles constructed wholly with generative AI that bring nothing fresh to the player experience.](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]
* **4.3.2** The interface is designed for this game: it does not use emoji in place of icons and does not look like a default generated template.

## 4.4 User data

* **4.4.1** If the game handles user data, explicit permission from the user is required for actions involving their data. A "Privacy Policy" and "License Agreement" can be added to the game in text form.

[^1]: AI has democratized game development, but right now AI-generated games are performing more than 2x worse on metrics compared to titles created without AI graphics. We're happy to accept games that use AI for story, logic, and game math, but we don't take games that are 100% AI-generated without substantial human refinement of the visuals.
